Being in the Diamond & Jewellery industry since 3 generations, Mr. Rashmikant Jhaveri (GIA GRADUATE GEMOLOGIST) has excelled in the knowledge of Pearls, Gemstones & Diamonds, both rough and polished. His expertise and experience led him to see into the future of the diamond industry and thus became the pioneer in setting up India’s first Diamond and Diamond Jewellery Certification Lab in 1998 under the name of INTERNATIONAL GEMOLOGICAL LABORATORIES which later merged with EGL in 2003
KEYUR D SHAH
Mr. Keyur Shah , a B.com graduate, joined the diamond industry in 1988. His skilled expertise from rough diamond assortment to polished goods helped him to grow further into this industry. He joined INTERNATIONAL GEMOLOGICAL LABORATORIES, India’s first Diamond & Diamond Jewellery Lab, in 1999 as a marketing manager, which was a big challenge, as certification of diamonds & diamond jewellery was a new concept in India. He pursued his goals in the industry & today he is a key person in the growth of EGL.
KISHORI JHAVERI
Born in a jeweller’s family, Mrs. Kishori Jhaveri (GIA GRADUATE GEMOLOGIST) was always fascinated by diamonds, pearls & gemstones. She started designing jewellery at a very young age and soon immersed in her husband’s family business.
Being an octogenarian, Kishori is still very creative when it comes to designing jewellery. She even conducts Jewellery Designing courses at EGL.
